Returns
Teebrews will gladly offer an exchange or refund if there was a defect in the quality of any item in your purchase. We ask simply that you inform us of problems by phone within 10 days of receipt of goods.

To receive a refund.
• Send us the damaged item(s) by first class mail. (See Contact Us for our mailing address.)
• Upon receipt, we will exchange the item(s) or send you a check if you wish a refund.
• We will also reimburse you for the postage incurred in returning the item.

Cancellation
You may cancel an order provided it has not been processed. To cancel your order, call us as soon as possible. If after hours, leave a message with your name and order number as shown on the confirming email. As most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, the sooner you call the more likely it can be canceled.

Discounts
Organizations/individuals can purchase in bulk (10 or more items) for fundraising, gift-giving, parties, etc. at a 10 to 25% discount. All bulk purchases must be made by phone.
Teebrew Affiliates
To share with others, non-profit organizations whose website links to TEEBREWS will receive a $1.00 donation for every item purchased as a result of the reference; Commercial websites providing a link to Teebrews will receive $.75 commission per item ordered. Custom Designs
Audrey will be happy to speak to you for a no obligation free estimate of a custom designed shirts with your Hebrew/English name, your picture, organization logo, etc. See her beautiful cover for the Chanukah Supplement in the November 23, 2007 issue of The Jewish Press. Fundraising
If you represent a school, synagogue, PTA, or other non-profit, please consider using Teebrews for your fundraising needs. Whether existing or custom made designs, purchase our products in bulk at significant discounts to be sold to members of your organization. Call or write us for more information.

Do you love to sell? We welcome inquiries by independent reps, who can market Audrey Adler designs™ to department stores and/or Judaica/specialty shops located in your territory. Earn generous commissions. Call us for details.
Proceeds to Charity
Audrey and Steve strongly believe that we must help one another. Accordingly, 10 percent of our earnings are put aside for charitable purposes, specifically for community organizations that we know will use it for worthwhile educational, or spiritual purposes and/or to help the poor.

Confirmations
After your transaction has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed, printed, and shipped at SolidPrintwear in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Order Turnaround
The vast majority of orders will ship within 2 business days after the transaction is completed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping and Handling
For regular orders, you will be charged a low $3.00 Shipping & Handling charge via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL or UPS Standard Delivery. If you need expedited service, please order by phone and we will be happy to send it via Next Day Mail/Fed-Ex, etc. You will be charged only for the actual shipping cost.
Sales Tax
Having recently relocated to New York City, clothing is exempt from NY Sales Tax. Internet Orders originating from elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada are not taxed.

ECommerce Considerations
Unfortunately, ordering on-line in far too many websites is daunting and time consuming for the average visitor. Catalogues are on multiple pages, and the process of adding to the shopping cart is not clearly delineated and can easily go awry. Instructions for changing item specifications leave a lot to be desired, while the link for reviewing or canceling the order is hidden among the dozen of other highlighted links or advertisements. Moreover, most sites require registering your email address before it will accept your order, which we at TEEBREWS strongly object to as an invasion of privacy and totally unwarranted, especially when all you wish to do is order a $12.00 item. Accordingly, Teebrews has implemented our own unique shopping cart with the emphasis on clarity and simplicity. Choices are simplified and you, the visitor, are not presented with multiple advertisements, links or other distracting information on the order fulfillment pages. You will find navigation self-explanatory; in less than 5 minutes you can easily order 10 different product/design combinations. Note too, that unlike most websites, we do not retain ordering information over sessions. Thus, if you leave our site inadvertently or your system goes down before confirmation of your order, your shopping cart is emptied. This avoids confusion when you return and eliminates the possibility that you would unknowingly order the same item twice.
Multiple Orders
You may order multiple times during one session , if, for example, you wish to buy presents for friends and ship them to different locations. When you confirm the order, your shopping cart is emptied, and you can continue shopping for additional items. Note, that for security purposes your name and credit card information will not re-appear and you must reenter it upon check-out.
Privacy
Teebrews does not sell, provide, or in any other way disclose information you have provided to us to any other advertiser or institution. Additionally, Teebrews will never call you, unless there is a problem with your order.
Security
As stated above, our User Friendly shopping cart process takes place totally on our website. When completed, the information will be stored on our secure data base, and you will be presented with a second screen to input credit card information, eliminating the possibility of name and credit card number appearing together in the same packet of data. Your credit card is also encrypted dynamically with a proprietary formula, using data solely related to your order. Finally, your credit card data is totally removed from our system within 7-10 days of payment approval. All of the above gives you an added level of protection beyond most commercial sites. Additionally, to further protect you from unauthorized use of your card, we have established a limit of $250.00 per order when ordering via the internet. If you expect your order to exceed that amount, please call us 919-673-4641 or 718-252-2691 and we will be happy to take your order by phone. (Note that orders over $250.00 are discounted from 10-20 percent, so it is your advantage to call it in.)
